Arstlik Perenõuandla is a medical center, where we offer councelling and treatment in mental health and sexology. We also offer couple therapy and family councelling. All consultations are available in Estonian, English, Finnish and Russian.

Booking is only available by phone because we often need to ask additional questions to make sure we reserve enough time and that necessary equipment (if needed in some procedures) is ready.

After booking an appointment please make full payment to OÜ Arstlik Perenõuandla account EE892200221068040263. If you cancel appointment at least 48 hours in advance we will give you full refund. If you cancel later than 48 hours, your payment can not be refunded.
In our medical center we also offer anonymous consultations in areas of sexual health and sexually transmitted diseases, also in prevention and early diagnosis. Patients can do this without disclosing any personal information, including name. In this case we operate within our regular price list, but we can’t give out any discount on prescriptions.

SEXOLOGIST
Clinical sexology deals with all kinds of sexual dysfunctions and problems. Sometimes it is possible to find a solution only by consultation/conversation, other times medication or psychotherapy is needed for achieving best results. In some cases specific blood tests or other diagnostic methods are necessary. While booking an appointment you should also discuss whether you should see a doctor alone or with your partner/family.
- lack of decline of sexual desire or hightened sexual desire
- sexually transmitted diseases, urinary system or pelvic inflammatory diseases
- premature ejaculation
- erectile dysfunction
- difficulty in achieving orgasm
- difficulty or inability to start sexual intercourse

PSYCHIATRIST
A psychiatrist deals with all psychiatric disorders from sleep disorders to serious mental illnesses. A psychiatrist opposed to a psychologist has the legal right to prescribe medicine. In many cases they work as a team to achieve the best result. In our clinic psychiatrists and psychologists have specialized in sexology. Sometimes patients only need consultation and no medications are needed. Today more and more people turn to psychiatrists because of depression, burn-out syndrome, eating disorders, gambling problems, panic disorders and sexological problems. It is especially important to seek psychiatric help when psychological or sexological problems are becoming long-term and chronic. Many people are afraid to turn to specialists and when they finally do, their problems have grown and have become much more difficult to solve. Therefore we encourage people to seek help when they find that something is becoming an issue and starting to lower their quality of life.
Dr Imre Rammul
Imre Rammul graduated as a medical doctor from University of Tartu in 1986. Internship in Tartu Psychiatric Clinic from 1986 until 1987. In 1988 specialized in clinical sexology. Worked in Tartu Psychiatric Clinic as a chief of Narkology and as a Professor of Sexology. Then worked in Pärnu and in Tallinn as a psychiatrist-sexologist. From 1995 until 2001 he was a chief of Arstlik Perenõuandla. From 2001 until 2005 he worked as a chief of Psychiatric Clinic in Tallinn. In 2008 he started working again in Arstlik Perenõuandla. In 2004 he acquired the qualification of clinical sexology, given out by Nordic Association of Clinical Sexology. He has written, co-authored and translated several books, study books and articles.

BOOK LECTURES
OÜ Arstlik Perenõuandla offers the possibility to book lectures on different topics in sexology and psychiatry. Lectures can be attended in our facilities in Suur-Ameerika 18A, and the maximum capacity per lecture is 25 persons.
You can also order our lecturers to your faicilities. We offer lectures for doctors, nurses, students, medical companys and other groups that may be interested.
The cost of a lecture, depending on lenght and place iis 500 — 2000 EUR.

Parking is free for clients in parking spaces beside the house. Accross the street there are also some paid parking spaces.
